SMS Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kane Business Automation, a MaintenEase service ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our services, including our SMS text messaging program. Kane Business Automation and MaintenEase are services of Decent4, Columbia, Illinois.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of messages you send us. When you call our business number or a business line we operate, we collect the calling phone number in order to respond to your call.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to missed calls, answer questions, schedule and confirm service appointments, send service-related updates, and provide customer support. We do not use your mobile information for any purpose unrelated to the service you contacted us about.
SMS consent and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
You consent to receive text messages from us when you place a phone call to our business number or send us a text message first. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that operate our telephone and messaging infrastructure, and only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain conversation records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect them.
