ProjectAdulting is published by Decent4 LLC. This policy explains what the app and Decent4 website collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete your account.
ProjectAdulting Data Summary
- Account data: We store the account information needed to sign you in, keep your session working, manage support requests, and connect your Pro access to the right account.
- App content: We store the brain dumps, tasks, routines, saved context, progress, and learning activity you choose to create in ProjectAdulting.
- AI coaching: Atlas, the app's AI coach, processes the content you submit so it can summarize messy thoughts, suggest one next move, and help you follow through.
- Optional permissions: If you allow them, ProjectAdulting may use the microphone for spoken brain dumps and the camera or photo library for profile personalization. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.
- Purchases: Pro subscription payments are handled by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may store subscription status and receipt information needed to unlock Pro access.
Analytics, Attribution, and Diagnostics
ProjectAdulting may use services such as AppsFlyer, Meta, and Sentry to understand app installs, measure ads, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. The Decent4 website may use analytics tools to understand page visits and improve the site.
On iOS, ProjectAdulting asks for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission where required. If you deny tracking permission, or if tracking is unavailable, attribution and analytics SDKs stay in non-tracking mode.
How We Use Information
- To run ProjectAdulting and keep your account, saved content, progress, and Pro access working.
- To help Atlas respond to your brain dumps and app activity.
- To troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and support requests.
- To understand which features and acquisition channels are working so we can improve the product.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers that help us operate ProjectAdulting, process app subscriptions, provide AI features, measure attribution, analyze performance, and diagnose issues. These providers may only use the data to provide their services to us.
Your Choices
- You can manage microphone, camera, photo library, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription in your App Store account settings.
- You can stop using ProjectAdulting at any time if you do not agree with this policy.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request account deletion inside ProjectAdulting from Profile > Account Settings. The app explains that deletion is permanent and asks you to type DELETE before confirming. When confirmed, ProjectAdulting deletes your account and related app records, then signs you out.
If you cannot access the app, use the support email below and include the email address or user ID tied to your account so we can process the request.
Data Export
ProjectAdulting does not currently include an in-app data export tool. You can contact support with questions about your account data.
