MenoSupp Support

MenoSupp helps adults organize menopause-related symptoms and request an AI-assisted guide for supplement evidence. Deterministic safety rules run before AI, and a guide may show no candidate or ask you to consult a clinician or pharmacist. MenoSupp does not diagnose, recommend that you take a supplement, prescribe, create a personal dose or start plan, direct medication or supplement changes, confirm safety, or replace medical care.

After onboarding, functional app access requires an active monthly or yearly subscription entitlement. There is no free app-access tier and no account requirement. Restore Purchases and links to Terms, Privacy, and Support remain available from the locked screen.

Emergency

For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for an app or support response. MenoSupp support cannot provide medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use MenoSupp without an account or AI sharing?

You do not need an account or sync. After onboarding, an active subscription entitlement is required; there is no free functional app access. An entitled subscriber can use paid local profile and check-in features without allowing AI guide processing. The AI guide requires a separate opt-in plus your Generate action.

How do subscriptions and Restore Purchases work?

MenoSupp offers MenoSupp Monthly (app.menosupp.mobile.pro.monthly) and MenoSupp Yearly (app.menosupp.mobile.pro.yearly) through Apple’s App Store. RevenueCat entitlement pro unlocks the app. There is no free tier, trial, introductory offer, or lifetime product. US list prices are $7.99/month and $49.99/year; Apple displays localized prices before purchase. Use Restore Purchases on the paywall to recover an eligible purchase made with the same Apple account, and Apple’s subscription-management controls to view, change, or cancel. Launch Terms are the Apple Standard EULA.

What is sent when I generate a guide?

The current structured profile is sent over HTTPS to the MenoSupp server. It can include menopause/age context, research goal, selected symptoms and impact, duration/frequency/priorities, only the current-use status for medicines, supplements, and hormone therapy, fixed-choice health-consideration identifiers, bleeding/urgent answers, consent/completion metadata, a random request ID, and language. The request also carries the account-free, pseudonymous RevenueCat App User ID solely so paid entitlement can be verified. Medication names and supplement names remain outside the public guide request. See the Privacy and Consumer Health Data Notice.

How do I stop future AI guide requests?

Open Profile and turn off Allow AI guide processing. Nothing is sent by changing onboarding answers or merely turning the permission on; you must also tap Generate.

Where are my profile, check-ins, and guide results stored?

They are stored on your device. The account-free guide endpoint is designed not to create a MenoSupp account or server-side guide history. Infrastructure and AI processors handle a request as described in the privacy notice.

How do I export or delete local data?

Open Profile > Privacy & Data. Choose Export Data to create a JSON copy through the iOS share sheet, or Delete On-Device Data to clear the profile, consent choice, check-ins, guide history/saves, settings, and reminders. Deletion cannot be undone. See account deletion.

How do I delete my account?

This release has no account, so there is no MenoSupp server account to delete. Use the in-app on-device deletion control for local information. Contact info@decent4.com about any retained server/provider request data. Deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.

Why did MenoSupp show no candidate or request professional review?

That is a complete and expected result. Missing or uncertain safety information, current medicine or supplement use, hormone use, possible pregnancy, a health condition, concerning bleeding, age context, or insufficient/conflicting evidence can block or withhold records. MenoSupp does not lower the threshold just to fill a list and cannot confirm that a supplement is safe for you.

What can the AI change?

AI may only order and explain candidates allowed by MenoSupp’s deterministic server policy. It cannot add a candidate, release a withheld record, override a safety block, or replace the catalog’s evidence summaries, cautions, citations, and required disclaimer.

How do notifications work?

MenoSupp asks for notification permission only after you choose a reminder. The reminder is local; this release does not upload a push token. Notification previews are designed not to reveal health details.

How do I report an incorrect claim, source, or safety concern?

Email info@decent4.com with the app version, catalog/safety version shown in the app, and the title of the screen or source. Do not include unrelated health information.
