- Basic account profile information such as name, account ID, and email address.
- Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, or business account identifiers that you authorize.
- Content, campaign, lead, message, analytics, or publishing data that you explicitly authorize through Meta permissions.
- Access tokens or permission scopes required to operate the integration you requested.
How We Use Information
- To connect and operate the Facebook or Meta feature you requested.
- To create, review, schedule, publish, or measure content and campaigns when you authorize those actions.
- To troubleshoot integration errors, confirm permissions, and maintain service reliability.
- To comply with Meta Platform Terms, applicable law, and security requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell Facebook or Meta user data. We do not share Facebook or Meta user data with third parties except when necessary to provide the requested Decent4 service, comply with law, protect Decent4, or complete an action you authorized.
Data Storage and Security
We limit stored Facebook and Meta data to what is needed for the approved integration. Access tokens and operational records are protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. We keep data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, or troubleshooting.
Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can revoke Decent4 access from your Facebook account, Instagram account, or Meta Business settings at any time. You can also request deletion of Facebook or Meta data connected to Decent4 by emailing info [at] decent4.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request."
After receiving a deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the relevant Facebook or Meta data unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
